How much is a fishing charter in Quepos, Costa Rica?
A full day offshore charter aboard the Vuelto Loco is $3,100 before 13% IVA, for up to 6 guests. A half day inshore charter is $1,725. Coastal and sunset cruises start at $1,250 for two hours, for up to 8 guests. Every charter is private.

Marina Pez Vela in Quepos, on Costa Rica's Central Pacific coast, about 20 minutes from Manuel Antonio.

What kind of boat is the Vuelto Loco?
A 45-foot Viking sportfishing yacht with air conditioning, wifi, a full kitchen and twin 800hp motors. It carries up to 10 guests fishing and up to 12 cruising.

What is the best time of year to fish in Quepos?
December to April for peak billfish, sailfish and marlin. May to September for dorado, yellowfin tuna and wahoo. Roosterfish are caught inshore year-round.
